Lodge Balgonie's Regular Meeting held on Thursday 15th September 2016 saw WSW Bro Alan Watson took charge of a team of WSW from around the Province of Fife & Kinross. The ably lead team conferred a EA degree on substitute candidate Bro Joe Fowkes.
